Mesotherapy, Microneedling & Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling

FAQs
Is RF microneedling better than microneedling? Ultimately, RF microneedling is a more superior treatment compared to traditional microneedling. Whilst both have their respective benefits, RF combines the benefits of microneedling with radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity. This contributes to a greater level of skin tightening.
What does your face look like after microneedling? Your face will be red and flushed similar to a moderate sunburn. The redness should be greatly reduced within 24-48 hours.
Can I see results after one traditional microneedling session? Most people can start to see benefits after the first session, but for conditions such as scarring or pockmarking, you may need to get several sessions (up to 6). For anti-ageing and skin tightening and least 3, preferably 6, sessions are recommended.
Is Microneedling painful? The short answers no, microneedling does not hurt. However, there may be some mild discomfort during the treatment depending on the individual's pain tolerance, skin sensitivity, and the depth of the needles used. Many people describe the sensation as simply a mild prickling or vibrating feeling.
What is Mesotherapy? Mesotherapy provides volume, hydration, pharmaceuticals or vitamins & minerals into the skin or scalp to help it rejuvenate & repair itself, and reduces fine lines on your face. This is performed using a very small needle and is not a particularly uncomfortable process.
Traditional Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses small, sterilised needles to prick the skin. This treatment aims to generate new collagen & skin tissue, in order to smooth, firm and tone skin. Traditional Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may reduce the appearance of acne, scars, dark spots, wrinkles, and large pores. Traditional Microneedling will deliver a positive effect over a few treatments; adding Radiofrequency (RF) energy reduces the time it takes to see great results, and increases the results seen. In RF Microneedling, results are faster, more dramatic and last longer.
